Warranty & Repairs

At SheFly, we stand behind the quality of everything we sell and hope you’re thrilled with our products. 

As a small company, we are not yet able to offer an extensive warranty policy. Our current policy covers manufacturer defects within the first 60 days of purchase. We always try to repair products before providing replacements in order to keep usable clothing out of the waste stream. 

If a product covered by our warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect and we deem we cannot repair your item to our highest standard, we will send you a replacement. Our warranty is effective for purchases made through our online shop ONLY. If you have purchased our product through a third-party retailer, please reference their policy for next steps.

Manufacturer Defects:

Any manufacturer defect to your SheFly pant must be submitted here within the first 60 days of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. Not sure if it’s “regular wear and tear” or a defect? (Fill out this form and we will get back to you within 3 business days.)

Damages to your pants outside of the SheFly warranty:

If your pants are damaged by accident or regular wear and tear and you would like to repair them, we encourage you to reach out to our experienced repair partners, Rugged Thread, directly. Rugged Thread specializes in gear repairs of all types including snap repair, seam restitching, and patching. Click here to request a quote for their repair service. Please note SheFly does not pay for repairs outside of manufacturing defects and you will be responsible for costs associated with the repair.
