How to Measure Yourself

We want your SheFly pants to fit like your favorite pair of well-loved jeans right out of the (recycled) bag.

We want your SheFly pants to fit like your favorite pair of well-loved jeans right out of the (recycled) bag.

While they don't stretch out after a few wears and then re-shink in the dryer the way jeans do, our pants are designed to move with your body and then gain more shape after a wash.

Make sure you measure yourself so you can order the size that will fit you best. The most common fit feedback from early customers and fit testers is that our pants run large. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing down. If you go through the steps below and still have questions about which size is right for you, email our fit expert, Leigh, at leigh@sheflyapparel.com.

All SheFly pants come with a cinch around the ankle so you can wear them like joggers, a snap system so you can roll the legs up into capris, and a tie around the waist so you can customize the fit to your body, leaving some room for size fluctuations, whether that's bloating from travel, weight loss from intense hiking, or anything else.

GET READY

To find your dream fit

Begin by taking your hip measurement. The waist of the pant is adjustable, so more flexible.

If you find you're often between sizes, we suggest sizing down.

In order for the Go There™ zipper to work best, the pants's hip measurement should match your hip measurement. Size down if your hip measurement sits between sizes.

WE GOTCHA COVERED

Unsure how to measure?

Waist

To measure your waist, find the narrowest point of your torso and measure the circumference. Keep tape measure flat against your body and parallel to the floor. Breath in, breath out. Record the measurement on the exhale.

Hip

To measure your hips, pass the tape measure around the widest part of your lower body, parallel to the floor, and flat against the body.
