Meet Our Team

Georgia Grace

CEO // Co-Founder
(she/her)

Hailing from the Appalachian Mountains of Western Maryland, Georgia Grace is an ex-Alaskan glacier guide, summa cum laude grad of Middlebury College, former Fulbright Fellow, economic consultant, and “yes woman!” Her parents first exposed her and her brother to the outdoors through summer road trips to become “Junior Rangers” at dozens of National Parks across the country. GG is psyched about getting more women outside to #AnswerNaturesCall.

Charlotte

COO // Co-Founder
(she/her)

Charlotte is a mountaineer, digital marketing professional, and debate champion. As a Watson Fellow, she spent a year researching gender equity in the global mountaineering industry. She’s trekked on women-led expeditions to some of the world's tallest peaks in Nepal, Chile, Argentina, and India (all in her SheFlys!). A watercolor artist who makes her own paints from soils and plants, Charlotte grew up climbing and mountaineering in Washington State and is passionate about making outdoor spaces accessible for everyone.

She is an operations and strategy professional with a genuine love of product innovation and supporting the growth of incredible start-ups.

Gabby

(she/her)

Gabby is a grad of Middlebury College, where she studied Environmental Chemistry. She was born in Jamaica and raised in Philadelphia. Though at heart she will always be a city girl, her love and admiration for the outdoors runs deep. She can’t wait ‘till everyone is so Fly- rockin’ the best hiking pants around. If you receive a customer service email response, chances are it came from Gabby!

Hailee

Community & Partnerships Senior Manager (she/her)

Hailee was born and raised in Denver, went to college in New Orleans, and absolutely fell in love with the outdoors when backpacking South America for a year.  During her time there, she guided hikes in Cotopaxi National Park in Ecuador and explored Patagonia. She recently moved to Crested Butte and can be found attempting to ski CB’s terrain, buying overpriced lattes, and finding ways to make the outdoors more inclusive!

Leigh

Product Developer & Designer
(she/her or they/ them)

Leigh is an industrial designer, who focuses in softgoods and technical apparel design. An avid skier and lover of cold weather - you'll typically find Leigh spending time outside in snow, rain, sleet, and everything in between. When they aren't sewing up prototypes or sketching new concepts, Leigh is coaching volleyball, learning new songs on the piano, or volunteering as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for kids in the foster care system.

Emily has lived in multiple countries and states, but feels at home anywhere in the mountains. In her third year at Middlebury College, she’s studying Sociology and Anthropology and has fallen head over boots for the female-founded startup life.
