You asked, we listened! SheFly is running a soft launch of international shipping for the next month. We are currently shipping to Canada, the UK, Germany, Italy, France, Belgium, Singapore, Australia and New Zealand. Duties and taxes will be included in the international shipping fee at checkout. You will not be charged duties & taxes upon delivery.
If you'd like SheFly to start shipping somewhere not listed above, please reach out to email@example.com.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you must request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
At this time, we are only able to offer returns, no exchanges, to customers outside the United States. If you would like to exchange your product, you will have to complete a return and make a new order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: new, unworn, unused in the wild, and with tags attached.
International customers will be responsible for return shipping costs and will have to work directly with a carrier to ship their return. Please follow the following instructions to submit an international return:
- Contact firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line: International Return. Include your order number and reason for requesting a return in the email.
- Receive an email from a SheFly team member within 3 business days about next steps.
- Pack your item securely and include the original product packaging and tags if available.
- Once you ship your return, send us your tracking number and a link to the shipping carrier.
