How do SheFly® Go There™ Pants work?
What are SheFly® Go There™ Pants?
SheFly®Go There™Pants are high-performing pants with a patented zipper fly that allows you to “go” on the go without removing clothing.
How does the zipper technology work?
There are two zippers. The first is a regular zipper that allows you to take the pants on and off. The second zipper starts where the first zipper ends and unzips all the way around to the back. This means that YOU control the size and location of the space you need to create while doing your business.
Do I wear underwear with them?
SheFly®Go There™Pants are designed so that you can wear underwear if you want to (and pull it to the side to go pee as you would while wearing a bathing suit, shorts, etc.) or you can go commando.
Are they comfortable?
Yes they are! Part of our patented design includes a special fabric shield between your skin and the zipper so that the zipper feels just like a normal seam in a pair of pants.
What activities can I use them for?
SheFlys® are designed to be worn from the peaks to the streets – from rock climbing (they’re harness-compatible) to rock concerts!
You can wear them for backpacking, biking, camping, hunting, hiking, road tripping, horseback riding, working outside, picnicking, dog walking, grabbing coffee, and everything in between.
With a durable, 4-way stretch fabric finished with a durable water repellent (DWR) coating, these pants will keep you warm, dry, and scratch-free in a wide range of weather conditions and activities.
How do I clean them?
Go There™ pants should NOT be Dry Cleaned, Bleached or Ironed. The best way to take care of your pants is to Machine Wash them in Cold and Tumble Dry on Low. With proper care, these pants are designed to last a long time.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
What are my shipping options in the U.S.?
We offer No-Rush, Standard, Express and Overnight shipping. Check out our shipping page for more details on our shipping policy.
Do you offer international shipping?
We are not offering international shipping at this time, but hang tight as we will be offering this option soon!
Can I cancel/update my order?
We have very limited capability to update orders once they have been placed. Please be sure to enter your order info carefully. If you have already placed your order, you can reach out to us at email@example.com and we will contact our warehouse to see if any changes can be made to your order.
Lost or stolen packages?
First, we’re so sorry about your package. We’d suggest reaching out to your carrier for more information. This would likely be either FedEx or USPS, if DHL was the initial carrier. Your carrier will have the most up to date info on the status of your package.
Please note: we do not take responsibility for lost/missing packages that show successful delivery to the order address.

What is your return and exchange policy?
For products sold at full price, we offer free exchanges, and free returns for store credit in the contiguous U.S. as long as items are unworn, unwashed and tags are intact.
For a refund to your original payment method, a shipping fee will be applied based on the cost of your shipping label. This will be between $7-$12 based on your location. Please note: we do not refund shipping costs.

Please note as of 2/27/23 all sale and promotional code items are ineligible for return. Exchanges are available for a $24 fee; this will be assessed in the return portal. Our exchange fee reflects the cost of return shipping, processing at our warehouse and shipping back to you.
Can I return or exchange an order that has already been exchanged?
As a small business, we are unfortunately unable to offer multiple exchanges/ returns. Exchanges are very costly and we do not have the capability to absorb these costs.
I need help finding the right fit!
Consult our size chart and measurement instructions. We spent a lot of time compiling this to assist you in choosing the best size for you!
If you’re between sizes, we’d encourage you to go with your preferred fit in outdoor pants – the stretchy fabric ensures you’ll always have room to move if you decide to go down the more fitted route, and the adjustable waistband means you can always cinch the pants to be smaller if you opt to go for a roomier fit.
Do you make petite sizes with smaller inseams?
Not yet, but we do have a cinched feature to the pants cuff that lets you tuck in the cuff and adjust the height. Additionally, you can always roll our pants up and snap into capris! Check out the model photos on our product page for reference! You can find their sizes in the description.
What are you doing to help us tall gals out?

Why don’t you have all colors in every size?
We are a small startup with limited funds, so we are only able to place limited orders. There are minimum order quantities for each color in each size and because 00, 0, 18, 20, and 22 are less common sizes, we couldn’t ensure that we would be able to sell enough pants to order the minimum quantity.
We tried really hard to make as many sizes and colors as we possibly could! We hope that this run is successful and we can place orders with a wider range of colors and sizes in the future.
The best thing you can do to help us expand our size range is to order pants (especially in the largest and smallest sizes) and spread the word so we can meet our minimum order requirements in the future! Help us pressure the outdoor apparel industry in prioritizing accessibility through fits for ALL shapes and sizes.
If you’re out of my preferred size or color, when can I expect a restock?

Where are SheFly® Go There™ pants made?
Designed in the Green Mountains of Vermont and the Rocky Mountains of Colorado, SheFly® Go There™ Pants are made by our partners Quick Feat Garment Production. Quick Feat runs multiple factories in Asia and has more than four decades of experience manufacturing apparel. SheFly® Go There™ Pants are made in their Chinese facility with collaboration from their team in Hong Kong.
Quickfeat is part of the Sustainable Apparel Coalition, uses high-tech cutting and sewing strategies to minimize fabric and material waste, and has all the labor practice certifications we (and large players in the outdoor industry) look for.
Any plans for domestic manufacturing in the future?
You bet! Keep an eye out for a new product drop Fall 2023, which will be manufactured more locally in the USA.
What if there is damage or an issue with my product?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at email@example.com if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please keep in mind that we are unable to address issues we are notified of past the 30-day window.
Is there a warranty on my product?
At SheFly, we stand behind the quality of everything we sell and hope you’re thrilled with our products.
As a small company, we are not yet able to offer an extensive warranty policy. Our current policy covers manufacturer defects within the first 60 days of purchase. Click here for more details on our warranty.
Gifting, Sales, & Discounts
Can I purchase a SheFly® Giftcard?
You sure can! Right here. This is a great way to help a small, local, women-owned startup like ours stay afloat in a pandemic. This is an especially good idea if you’d like to gift a pair of SheFlys to someone, but you’re not sure exactly which size or color they’d prefer.
Letting them choose a more accurate order using a giftcard cuts down on wasted time, money, and carbon footprint that result when customers require multiple returns or exchanges.
How do I send the recipient their gift card?
All gift cards are delivered by email to the customer after purchase. In the email, you'll be given the option to enter the recipient's email and schedule when to send their SheFly gift card!
Can I add a message to my gift order?
So sorry! We don't yet have the ability to include a personal note in orders, but please consider this a personal thank you note from the SheFly Team for supporting us. :)
Do you offer a discount for Military, First Responders or Frontline Workers?
We do! Please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line "Frontline Discount" and a photo copy of your work ID. We will reply within 1-2 business days with your discount code.
I received a coupon code, how does that work?
Apply your coupon code at check-out. There will be a field in which you can enter the discount code. If you have any trouble, let us know!
